We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, organization), property and financial data you upload, and usage data generated through your interaction with the Service. We collect technical data including IP addresses, browser type, and access timestamps for security and analytics purposes.

We use your information to: (a) provide and operate the Service; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) communicate about your account and the Service; (d) improve and develop new features; (e) ensure security and prevent fraud; (f) comply with legal obligations. We do not use your financial data for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure. Daily encrypted backups are maintained with point-in-time recovery. Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication and is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the Service (hosting, payment processing, analytics), subject to contractual obligations; (b) as required by law or legal process; (c) in connection with a merger or acquisition, with prior notice. All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. After account termination, you may request data export. Data is permanently deleted 90 days after termination unless legal retention requirements apply. Audit logs are retained for 7 years for compliance purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements); (d) export your data in machine-readable format; (e) object to processing; (f) withdraw consent at any time. 7. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. The Service will function with essential cookies only.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States in accordance with applicable data protection laws and subject to appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
